The First Pioneer Board of Directors
The
First Pioneer board consists of 13 members: 10 that are elected by First Pioneer members, 2 outside appointed directors (Dickson and Hudson) and one appointed customer director (Newman). As elected officials, directors
are responsible for representing the best interest of the organization and
its borrowers.

Customers can impact the business by electing the board of directors who set policy.
The First Pioneer election process includes a regional nominating process that ensures sound representation from throughout our 15-office area. Stockholders from throughout the association vote for all open positions since directors represent the interests of all stockholders.
