First Pioneer offers a 12-week program for college juniors interested in combining a career in agriculture and finance. Positions can be in any one of our 15 branch offices across New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York or New Jersey.
Interns work with loan officers and financial service representatives in real-world experiences. You'll also meet with customers in the office and travel to their farms to learn firsthand about their businesses.
The Summer Intern Program offers an hourly rate, and a bonus for those who successfully complete all projects they are assigned throughout the summer.
