• Farm accounting services. Having good financial records is key to farming success. That’s why we discount our usual first- and second-year fee for new farmers purchasing our Mail-In Service or AgCHEK™ software.
• Tax services. We understand how challenging the first year of filing a Schedule F return can be, so we offer new farmers a discount on our tax preparation service.
• Business consulting. We will help you get off to a good start by discounting your first project with a First Pioneer business consultant.
• Property appraisal. This discount is for one appraisal for a loan or for an appraisal report to support a business decision.
• FSA loan guarantee. First Pioneer may assist with initial-year fees incurred for an FSA loan guarantee.
• Interest rate assistance. We may discount your loan rate by one tier for one year, and may even discount it up to five years.
• FarmStart was created to assist beginning farmers and new cooperatives through start-up, providing investments in working capital of up to $50,000.
